Purchasing Features

Rehab STAT is an integrated application. Data entered in one part of the applictation is used in subsequent processes. For example, the component specification information entered during the evaluation phase of the client is used in the purchasing phase to generate the appropriate purchase orders.

When funding is secured for the Job, release of items to purchasing is a simple point and click process moving all items that are needed on the job to the purchasing department for processing.

All of the information that was entered when the Job was configured flows through to the purchasing process. This includes any comments that have been added during the process.

Rehab STAT has an integrated inventory system that allows items to be stocked locally and assigned to the Job when required.
